The first 2 Lapaxe™ Freebird Metallic series have been released and are available on our site !
First reactions have been great as its rather different as to our traditional line and tenders to a younger market.
Both are in the exact same configuration, Solid Mahogany body Canadian hard Maple neck and fretboard a mirror steal plated pickguard loaded with 3 smoking hot double hot-rail humbuckers 3 toggle switches for on and of position giving you 7 different sound positions, our Bell Brass chromed hardware and finished in our special developed Metallic colours , Prince Purple and Electric Blue. We are developing 2 more colours but these have yet to be approved.
With just a length of 62cm and a weight of just 1850 grams these Axes are super easy to take on the road. They come in standard tuning these are perfect for travel jamming studio works of just for practice in the plane train or buss.
The first is the Lapaxe™ Freebird "Purple Rain" as a tribute to my all time hero Prince which I was able to see live in concert in Rotterdam Ahoy and once, an early days concert in Paradiso Amsterdam.
The second is the electric blue version with the same specs.
