The first of our Lapaxe semi acoustic Amboyna Burl series is available in our shop !
This Axe loaded with a single mini Humbucker and our standard bell brass hardware.
The body is cut from a single piece mahogany with a beautiful Amboyna top.
Finished in a semi gloss. Its not only the looks that catchy but the sound is really surprising, its got that fat jazzy sound for such a small guitar. This Axe is not for rock but really for Jazz and Blues ! We will be building another 5 pieces in these series as this came out so well ! Hopefully we can get our hands on some more burl from Ambon. Malukus !
