The new Lapaxe™ Semi Acoustic RS model.

Together with esteemed guitar player Rick Smith, we developed the new Semi Acoustic Lapaxe™ RS model.

Rick wanted more punch out of the guitar and did not mind to increase the width slightly, it work out out great !! The scale length still the same and total length of the guitar still 62cm. With just a single mini humbucker at the neck this is a very warm sounding Lapaxe ™. We will be taken this one into our standard line and will be the first signature model from Lapaxe™ Guitars.

At the moment we will be taking pre orders and lead time is around 6 to 7 weeks, later this year will be having stock in this instrument.

The body a Mahogany solid block with a book matched Mahogany top with inlay a solid Rosewood neck with a Makassar Fretboard.

The Lapaxe™ Semi Acoustic RS model !

We are building a new series of custom Lapaxe™ Telecasters these are solid book matched blocks made from Pale Moon Ebony also referred to as Royal Ebony. The necks will also be made from this wood, the fretboards we will use are Makassar / Amara or Palu Ebony all from Sulawesi.

The first order is in production for an esteemed guitar player in New York and we be building another series of 6. We will take pre orders on these.
